Facility Owners Forum

Wed, May 4, 2011 Sports IT and Lil’ Kickers are hosting an Owner Forum in Seattle on May 18th and 19th for all our clients.  The event will allow owners from across North America to interact and exchange ideas about the sports facility business.  The agenda includes:
  • Financial Review – I will be sending out a financial survey for you to complete.  You must complete this to be able to participate in this session.
  • Online, Social Media and Networking – Glenn Middleton of Xcarab will be leading this discussion.  Glenn’s firm has been actively involved in this segment of marketing and web site management for many years.  They manage a few sites for Microsoft and other large and small companies in the Northwest.
  • Public Private Partnerships – Eric Friedli the City of Seattle Superintendent of Parks will lead the discussion on this and share with you the perspective of the government in your area. Hopefully this will help you work your way through the process and develop some great long-term opportunities in your market.
  • Employee Compensation Strategies – an open discussion on how we are compensating, motivating and retaining our employees
  • Membership Economics – Richard Galanti, CFO of Costco will share with us their approach to membership.
  • Leadership – Kasey Keller, US National Team goalkeeper will spend an hour with us talking about leadership and answering any questions you may have.  He is also open to signing autographs is that interests you.
